St. Clairsville Eyecare

I had an 840am appointment and staff knew id been working overnight the night before (even took a little nap in the car while I waited for them to open). They got me in and out the door with an eye exam and choosing a new pair of glasses within 35 minutes. All of the staff were very polite and thorough. The o ly thing that would make me happier is if the prices were lower, but with the current economy, thats a default complaint, regardless of where I am.

LOVE it here! I've had glasses my whole life and I just had my first eye exam there. It was the most extensive exam I've ever had and I learned more about the problems with my vision in this one visit than I've ever learned in my whole life. When I first walked in I was greeted with nothing but smiles from all of the ladies at the reception area. Alee was extremely professional and helped me get signed in with a smile! Crystal got me started with my exam and I forgot to get nervous about the puff of air in my eye because we were laughing and having a good time! She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and if I needed guidance she was right there to lend a hand! Dr. Eder was very thorough in explaining how the issues in my eyes work and I learned some new things about my prescription that no other doctor ever bothered to mention. Now I don't get daily headaches from eye strain anymore because of her recommendations in my new lenses! Last but not least, Brandy helped me pick out some frames with her own personal touch on which frames were her favorites! She picked out my favorite frames I've ever tried on. She was so patient with me through the process and give me the time I needed to make sure I made the perfect choice. If you want to take care of your eyes the right way and have fun while doing it, this is where you NEED to be.

I have been there 3x's maybe 4. All I can say is each time I have been there I have seen Dr. Lauren Eder, Alee and Crystal. Each one of these women have went beyond what the position they hold consists of. Understanding, caring so much about me and my other medical issues I have had for quite awhile. I am thankful for them because when I was at a loss with everything they showed howmuch they care. They, especially the Dr. Eder really just took time out to really talk and come up with a way to help me. From the bottom of my heart I thank each of you. Excellent care always!✌️♥️

The new office is clean and beautiful. From the receptionist to Dr. Meyers everyone was so friendly and made my son feel comfortable. Highly recommend for kid’s eye exams. I also loved that I wasn’t hit with a toxic air freshener which is common at a a lot of medical offices.

Everyone was so nice to me. Crystal was a great nurse. Really liked the Dr. Really trust her with my eye care. Had to pay a co-pay for the first time, but it was really worth it. Crystal explained it to me quite well. Felt it was necessary for my eye care. So glad I did it. Thank you all for your kindness.

Dr. Meyers was extremely knowledgeable and caring. She took her time with my eye exam and answered all of my questions. The staff was friendly, warm and helpful. Would recommend St. Clairsville Eye Care to all!
